Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal 
Exposure Draft, Webinar and Public Meeting

(Washington, DC) September 5, 2019 – The Appraiser Qualifications Board (AQB) is issuing today the first Exposure Draft of Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal (PAREA). This is the follow up to the Discussion Draft that the Board issued in March. 
To obtain feedback and insights from appraiser stakeholders, a webinar has been scheduled for next week, and the Board will hold a public meeting in St. Petersburg, Florida the first week in November, where they will continue to seek feedback on PAREA.

EXPOSURE DRAFT: Comment period ends October 25, 2019
The Board is releasing today the first Exposure Draft of the Practical Applications of Real Estate Appraisal (PAREA). Click here  to read the Exposure Draft.

Mark Lewis, Chair of the Appraiser Qualifications Board, and John Brenan, Vice President, Appraisal Issues at The Appraisal Foundation will discuss the recently issued Exposure Draft, and will also answer your questions and comments. PUBLIC MEETING: November 1, 2019, St. Petersburg, Florida
Attend the AQB public meeting to learn more and share your thoughts about PAREA. The Board will take your questions and encourages feedback.
