The Uniform Appraisal Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions (Yellow Book) Course is now available! The course is available via a License Agreement for education providers to offer.
The continuing education course is 21 hours with a 2 hour optional examination. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to:
- gain an understanding of the development process for valuation assignments for federal land acquisitions;
- demonstrate an increased knowledge about the application of Yellow Book Standards to valuation assignments for federal land acquisitions;
- evaluate the content and level of information and analysis required to communicate the results of an appraisal prepared for federal land acquisitions; and
- connect the legal foundation/rationale/guidance that govern recurring valuation problems and specialized appraisal issues unique to federal land acquisitions.
