Advisory Councils

The Appraisal Foundation interacts with over 90 non-profit organizations, government agencies and for-profit companies through its Advisory Councils.  Advisory Councils provide recommendations to the Foundation on major issues pending before its independent Boards.   Recommendations are provided specifically on modifications to the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP), the AQB Criteria (Real Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria and Personal Property Appraiser Qualification Criteria) as well as other important projects.

The Appraisal Foundation expresses its gratitude to the member organizations and individual representatives of The Appraisal Foundation Advisory Council and the Industry Advisory Council  for their dedication of time and contributions to the work of the Foundation and the appraisal profession.
