The Fair Housing Act makes it unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, color,

identity), familial status, or disability. The Act also makes it unlawful to
coerce, intimidate, or retaliate against any person in the exercise or
enjoyment of, on account of their having exercised or enjoyed, or on account of
their having aided or encouraged any other person in the exercise or enjoyment
